Luggage Locker Multistrada Tail Bag
by
David (Magus)

Having found out that I was not going to get a Luggage Locker tank bag for the MTS, I spoke to Les Alderman at Luggage Locker about my options.  I ended up sending in my pillion to get a custom tail bag made for it instead. The tail bag fits snugly on top of the rear seat via two side straps and a wide Velcro "belt" along the bottom. The bag is made from Cordura and is of high quality.

"Luggage Locker Seat-Sak is a soft tailbag designed to slide on and wrap around the removable rear passenger seat. It's designed with a snug "pouch" engaging the rearmost portion of the seat while using a combination of a cinch strap(s) and a Velcro flap to tighten it safely and securely around the seat."

Luggage Locker can be found online at http://www.luggagelocker.com/index.htm.  Here is a direct link to my bag:  http://www.luggagelocker.com/luggage-elite-seat-sak.htm

Q.  Does the front of the bag force you to sit forward on your seat as you ride? It looks like it might when it's filled.  Also, when the side pockets are filled, do they touch the body-work?

A.  I have not had trouble with either of those issues. I can't say that I have ever ridden around with the bag fully "stuffed" however - just pleasantly full. I do feel the bag against my back but, for me, in a nice backrest sort of way. I don't think the side pockets would touch the bodywork either unless, maybe, there was something really unusually heavy in them. The quality of the material is very good and the access to zippers is well thoguht out too.
